Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver technical training sessions for Service Division employees.
- Develop and maintain training content, materials, and simulation exercises.
- Facilitate classroom and hands‑on instruction using Atlas Copco tools and systems.
- Partner with leadership to identify learning needs and align training with business priorities.
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement.
