Technical Systems Analyst

This position performs a variety of support and technical duties for computer applications and hardware systems for an assigned department, division, or work unit, other than the Information Technologies Department. The role may report to the Information Technologies Department to support enterprise-wide applications.

Requirements

• Two years of recent, increasingly responsible computer programming or systems analysis experience.
• Experience within the business area of assignment is desirable.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information systems, or a field closely related to the area of assignment.
• May substitute a combination of equivalent education and related experience. The city assesses 1.5 years of full-time experience as equivalent to one year of education.
