About the role
Functionality, reliability, and user experience are key to successful information systems. This role requires an experienced quality assurance analyst to thoroughly test software and ensure the best system release.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a test plan based on requirements and design specifications
- Generate problem resolutions and track quality assurance standards
- Document the results and communicate defects to the development team
- Evaluate developed systems for the Department of Defense
- Translate technical information into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or technical specifications development, including in a government or enterprise IT environment
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving and reverse engineering
- Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
- Effective prioritization and execution of tasks
- Self-guided work ability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
