We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: Bolton & Menk is seeking a Technical Strategy Practice Leader. As a Top Workplace... etc. That's about the role? Could be "About the role". We'll put that in

About the role

with paragraphs. - Then "What You Will Be Doing" list of duties. That's responsibilities. - Then "What We Are Looking For" list of requirements/qualifications/skills. Might split into Requirements (experience) and Skills (competencies). We need to decide. - Then "WHY BOLTON & MENK?" about company. Could be part of About the role? Might be separate but not required heading. Probably we can include in About the role. - Then "Our Benefits" section with description and link. That's Benefits. - Pay and Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. No pay info, schedule not given. So we should NOT include Pay or Schedule sections because they are not stated. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits is stated, so include Benefits. Pay and Schedule not present, omit. - Also need to include maybe Qualifications section separate from Requirements? The posting includes "What We Are Looking For" with bullet points: 10+ years..., Demonstrated success..., Experience building..., Track record..., Commercial experience..., Fluency..., Possess a valid driver’s license..., Understands and complies..., Applicants must be currently authorized..., Bolton & Menk does not provide visa sponsorship... That's qualifications/requirements. Could treat as Requirements. Skills maybe the fluency, communication, etc. But we can combine into Requirements and Skills. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No markdown. We must preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all bullet points exactly as given (maybe rephrase? Must preserve, not invent or summarize away detail. Likely we should keep the bullet points verbatim, but we can format as list items. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement at end: "It is our responsibility and privilege to embrace the diversity..." and "Bolton & Menk, Inc., is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer including disability and vets." That's boilerplate; remove. Also duplicated lines: The "Applicants must be currently authorized..." appears twice; we should keep only once. Also "Bolton & Menk does not provide visa sponsorship or immigration support for this position." appears twice; keep once. Also "We thank all applicants..." etc is application instructions; remove. Also "Learn more about our history here: https://..." maybe keep as part of About the role? It's substantive? It's about company; could be included. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that link. Similarly "Learn more here: https://www.bolton-menk.com/careers" for Benefits; keep. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

    Responsibilities

    • Lead technology portfolio governance and advise senior leadership on investment sequencing, build-versus-buy decisions, and resource allocation to maximize enterprise value and manage risk.
    • Establish and oversee a centralized technology procurement and vendor management function to control spending, streamline purchasing, strengthen contract and security review, and prevent unplanned renewals.
    • Implement and maintain a portfolio-wide TCO/ROI framework and consolidate view of platforms, products, and projects to support transparent, evidence-based investment decisions.
    • Build integrated project management, product ownership, and enablement practices to deliver technology solutions on time, within scope, and through a consistent lifecycle from intake through adoption and renewal.
    • Assign clear ownership, roadmaps, and value measures for major platforms and applications to ensure accountability, user fit, adoption, and post-implementation benefits realization.
    • Optimize the technology vendor, license, contract, and spend portfolio to reduce duplication, right-size costs, close capability gaps, and achieve sustainable savings.
    • Develop, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of project managers, product managers/owners, and enablement specialists to build the internal capacity needed to execute the technology strategy.
    • Evaluate and manage technology consultants to determine when external expertise provides the greatest value and when capabilities should transition in-house.
    • Report portfolio performance, risks, adoption, and realized value to senior leadership to strengthen governance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Travel to facilities and other projected related locations as necessary.
    • Maintains confidentiality of company and client related information.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of progressive technology leadership in digital product development, technology strategy, or experience-led delivery, including client-facing products, with growth from hands-on practitioner to strategic leader
    • Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic plans that align technology work with real business goals, measured through performance metrics
    • Experience building or maturing a practice or function from the ground up (charter, processes, tooling, and staffing) and proving its value as it grows
    • Track record of leading and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams (designers, developers, project managers, product owners) through change in how work gets delivered
    • Commercial experience scoping, contracting, and managing technology engagements and vendor relationships, which is the foundation for standing up the procurement function
    • Fluency in connecting technology investment to business value (business cases, time-to-value, ROI), and strong facilitation and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
    • Possess a valid driver’s license as travelling to various facilities and job sites may be required.
    • Understands and complies with company safety policies.
    • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, part-time basis or internship for any employer without restriction.
    • Bolton & Menk does not provide visa sponsorship or immigration support for this position.

    Skills

Fluency in connecting technology investment to business value (business cases, time-to-value, ROI), and strong facilitation and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

But note that fluency already listed in Requirements; we might not need separate Skills. Could combine. However we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicated lines we should remove. The fluency appears both in Requirements and maybe we could keep only once. Since it's a requirement, we can keep it there and not duplicate in Skills. If we create Skills section, we need to ensure not duplicate content. Could instead put Skills as other competencies like leadership, mentoring, etc. But those are already in Requirements. Might be better to not have Skills section if it would duplicate. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Skills into one section called Requirements (or Qualifications). But we have to use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which to include. We could include Requirements and Qualifications as separate if we have distinct content. But we don't have distinct qualifications separate from requirements. Could treat Requirements as the experience/credentials, Qualifications as the skills/competencies. But we risk duplication. Better: Use Requirements for the bullet list (experience, etc.) and Skills for the fluency/communication etc. But fluency is already in bullet list; we could move it to Skills and remove from Requirements list to avoid duplication. However we must preserve all substantive info; moving is okay as long as we keep it somewhere. So we can split: Requirements list includes the experience items (10+ years, demonstrated success, experience building, track record, commercial experience). Skills list includes fluency, communication, driver's license, safety compliance, work authorization, visa sponsorship note. But driver's license and safety etc are more requirements than skills. But we can allocate. Let's decide: Requirements (experience): - 10+ years... - Demonstrated success... - Experience building... - Track record... - Commercial experience... Skills: - Fluency in connecting technology investment to business value (business cases, time-to-value, ROI), and strong facilitation and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. - Possess a valid driver’s license as travelling to various facilities and job sites may be required. - Understands and complies with company safety policies. - Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, part-time basis or internship for any employer without restriction. - Bolton & Menk does not provide visa sponsorship or immigration support for this position. That seems reasonable and avoids duplication. Now Benefits section: we have description and link. We need to include Benefits heading with
    • for list of benefits? The posting says: "Perks of being a Bolton & Menk employee include peace of mind with our benefits package and competitive compensation plan, flexible schedules, and career development opportunities." plus link. We'll put that as

      maybe with

      • for each perk? Could do list. We'll do:

        Benefits

        • Peace of mind with our benefits package
        • Competitive compensation plan
        • Flexible schedules
        • Career development opportunities

        Learn more here: https://www.bolton-menk.com/careers

Now ensure we didn't include Pay or Schedule. Now check for any leftover boilerplate: removed EEO, removed duplicate lines, removed application instructions, removed "We thank all applicants..." etc. Check for any other boilerplate like "Other duties as assigned." That's substantive; keep. Check for "Maintains confidentiality of company and client related information." Keep. Check for "Travel to facilities and other projected related locations as necessary." Keep. Now ensure we haven't missed any substantive info: The intro about "As a Top Workplace, this is a fantastic chance..." included. The mission statement "All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Communities!" included. The description of role
