Technical Leader

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Technical Leader to join their team. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Drive project activities through design to commissioning, ensuring alignment with customer specifications
• Serve as the main technical liaison with customers, leading technical meetings and clarifications
• Deliver technical scope within budget and timelines, identifying risks and opportunities
• Write and validate project technical documentation, ensuring quality control compliance
• Manage development and integration of technical solutions, ensuring adherence to safety standards
• Lead validations and acceptance tests, collaborating with commissioning teams for major milestones
• Address technical deviations and provide support to site engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years in technical project management for Digital Protection & Control Systems or Energy Management Solutions
• Experience in Electric Power Distribution Automation and Substation Digitization
• Proficient in electrical control systems design and programming, including SCADA/HMI and IEC61850
• Fluent in English, with 30% travel capability in the U.S. and Canada

Pay

$98,400 – $164,000 annually
