About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist with deep expertise in Windows endpoint management and Microsoft ecosystem technologies to join our Technical Services team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the escalation point and technical authority for complex customer environments involving Windows device management, Windows Server administration, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, device provisioning, application deployment, compliance, and modern endpoint management solutions.
  • Help customers integrate and adopt the broader Omnissa portfolio—including Vulnerability Defense, Digital Employee Experience (DEX), and Autonomous Workspace capabilities—within their Windows management and endpoint strategy to improve security, automation, and user experience.
  • Drive technical enablement across Omnissa, including creating technical blogs, engaging with customers through community forums, contributing to training and course development, publishing technical content on Omnissa platforms, enabling field teams via internal channels, and conducting structured enablement sessions to scale knowledge and best practices globally.
  • Work closely with Support, Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to diagnose challenging customer issues, influence product improvements, and help customers successfully manage and secure their Windows environments using Omnissa solutions.
  • Provide expertise on Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, Conditional Access, hybrid identity, and modern authentication technologies, and support integrations between Omnissa Workspace ONE and Microsoft platforms including Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows Autopilot.
  • Assist customers in integrating and troubleshooting Windows security technologies including BitLocker, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Windows Firewall, Credential Guard, Windows Hello for Business, and security baselines.
  • Enable internal field and customer-facing teams through structured knowledge sharing, Slack-based support, and technical enablement sessions to accelerate adoption of Omnissa Windows, security, and automation capabilities.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales Engineering to drive customer adoption of strategic Omnissa capabilities, identify opportunities for platform expansion, and demonstrate business value through modern Windows management and automation practices.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to improve Windows management, automation, security, and update management capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Windows endpoint management, Windows administration, endpoint engineering, or enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Strong expertise managing Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience for endpoint management, reporting, remediation, and operational workflows.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid identity architectures.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise Windows security controls including BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, Windows Security Baselines, Windows Firewall, and endpoint compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze logs, diagnostic data, event logs, authentication traces, and endpoint telemetry to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to varied audiences.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for secure design and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM, experience with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, or other Unified Endpoint Management platforms, knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender XDR, Endpoint Privilege Management, and Zero Trust security architectures, experience implementing Windows security hardening, CIS benchmarks, security baselines, and compliance frameworks, familiarity with enterprise PKI, certificate lifecycle management, smart cards, and Windows Hello for Business, experience supporting virtual desktop environments including Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, or Horizon, knowledge of Tanium, Ivanti, ManageEngine, BigFix, or other endpoint management competitors.

Pay

The typical base salary for this role is between USD $173,000– $230,000 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program.
