Technical Sales-Wastewater & Water Treatment
Position Overview
Chart Industries is seeking a Technical Sales Manager, based in the Pacific Time Zone, responsible for securing contracts for manufactured water treatment solutions across municipal, private utility, commercial, and industrial markets.
What Will You Do?
- Generate new sales plans and execute market-specific sales strategies
- Maintain and manage opportunities in Salesforce
- Build relationships with engineers, operators, regulators, and contractors
- Present water treatment solutions
- Support proposal development and bid strategies
- Coordinate with engineering teams
- Conduct customer presentations and trade show participation
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require...
- Able to travel up to 75% of the time
- Ability to work in various environments, including offices and field sites
Your Experience Should Be...
- 3+ years of sales engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental preferred) or 5+ years in Water/Wastewater
- Knowledge of adsorption, filtration, ion exchange, reverse osmosis
- Strong technical and presentation skills
- Ability to interpret water quality data
Base Compensation
Base Compensation: $93,900-$121,500 + Target Annual Bonus, DOE
