Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging presentations to showcase the capabilities and features of our software to clients and stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather user feedback and identify areas for software improvement, contributing valuable insights for regular updates and feature enhancements.
- Provide technical assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on Geoscience software utilization.
- Deep understanding of clients' needs and creating easy solutions for them to help achieve their goals.
- Prepare marketing materials and showcase our software in an engaging way to both new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the product development team to streamline geological workflows, ensuring efficient data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of our software to ensure accuracy, reliability, and user-friendliness.
Requirements
- 4-year degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or Engineering.
- Intermediate to Advanced ability with StarSteer geosteering software.
- Strong knowledge of drilling operations and geology-focused workflows.
- Geologic knowledge of a variety of North American plays and play types.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken; experience creating and delivering presentations.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Docs.
- Experience with geoscience software (Petrel, Kingdom, GeoGraphix, etc).
- Computer science and/or IT troubleshooting experience.
- Customer service experience.
Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 USD - Dependent on relevant work experience.
Schedule
Full-time. Travel Requirements: 10-25% travel.
