Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships: Build strong relationships with client procurement, engineering, and product teams.
- Identify sales opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue potential sales opportunities within client supply chain.
- Provide technical expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our automotive parts, their features, and how they align with client's requirements.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and account plan for clients.
- Prepare compelling proposals and quotations that align with client's needs and pricing expectations.
- Conduct negotiations with client's procurement teams to secure contracts and close deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics relevant to automotive parts sales.
- Address post-sales inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A technical background in automotive engineering is preferred.
- Proven experience in technical sales or business development within the automotive industry, preferably with a focus on electric vehicle manufacturers.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, particularly those used in electric vehicles, and an understanding of electric vehicle product specifications and requirements.
- Preferred skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking).

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, meet sales targets, and negotiate contracts.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market intelligence, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to meet with client's teams, attend industry events, and visit our manufacturing facilities as needed.
