We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (MES/PLM Transformation) for a global aerospace company. This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely) remote role in the US, requiring 40 hours per week (4-day, 10-hour shifts). This is a W-2 position as a Stage 4 Solutions employee.
About the role
In this role, you will manage end-to-end delivery of Apriso MES and Teamcenter PLM implementation projects, including Blueprint and Build activities, stakeholder coordination, UAT planning, data cleansing, JIRA workflow administration, ERP integration, IMS reporting, and post-go-live support while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage Blueprint and Build phases for MES/PLM transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshop coordination with stakeholders to capture requirements and drive consensus.
- Develop and maintain the test schedule, overseeing system testing requirements and issue resolution.
- Partner with business users on data cleansing initiatives and define post-go-live data strategy.
- Design and administer the JIRA project structure, configuring issue types, workflows, and permissions.
- Generate IMS updates directly from JIRA data, providing real-time platform status and key performance metrics.
- Coordinate landscape and data snapshot activities with non-ERP teams to ensure consistency across environments.
- Produce platform-level status reports and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- 11+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
- Experience with MES acceleration, specifically replacing CAMS SFM/Solumina MRO with Apriso MES, including integration with OneAero ERP.
- Experience with legacy Process Planning, specifically replacing CAMS CAPP with Teamcenter PLM, including integration with OneAero ERP.
- Bachelor’s degree.
