About the role

This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can balance coordination, documentation, and problem-solving while working across multiple project activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate progress clearly to project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities for IT projects, ensuring schedules, priorities, and resources stay aligned with project goals.
  • Prepare and maintain project updates, tracking milestones, progress, risks, and open items for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Organize meetings for project teams, document key decisions, and follow up on action items to keep work moving forward.
  • Support the definition of scope, requirements, deliverables, and timelines by gathering information from technical and business participants.
  • Monitor each stage of project execution and maintain accurate documentation throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Identify technical issues or project obstacles, escalate concerns when needed, and assist with resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Help ensure project procedures and established practices are followed consistently across assignments.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate tasks and maintain visibility into project status.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, IT support, or a comparable role.
  • Working knowledge of common project coordination methods, business practices, and documentation standards.
  • Ability to manage schedules, status reporting, meeting coordination, and deliverable tracking with accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to support requirement gathering and scope clarification.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment, adaptability, and creativity when handling varied assignments and resolving project-related issues.
