Technical Program Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to partner with leadership and engineers in scaling and improving a cloud platform supporting multiple products.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage program scope, milestones, and dependencies
• Lead change management and launch readiness
• Coordinate incident responses and cross-team efforts
• Design scalable processes to enhance reliability and operational independence

Requirements

• 8+ years in technical program or engineering management
• Experience leading large-scale platform initiatives
• Strong knowledge of change management, reliability metrics, and data interpretation
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven attitude
