Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

Understand the requirements seeing through the project from conception to completion
Manage stakeholder communications, status reporting, and helping implement features on time
Daily Program Management throughout the program life cycle
Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
Coordinating the projects and their dependencies
Daily internal engineering and external customer engagement
Improve program satisfaction score by 5 YoY along with improving other tracking metrics

Requirements

• Program Manager with 4-6 years of experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail and a head for problem solving
• Good Knowledge and experience in handling of software project Agile waterfall and program management methodology and techniques
• Must have strong knowledge of MS Office skills word powerpoint teams excel and outlook
• Should have executed projects in Technology companies
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Able to find innovative ways to resolve problems
• Can work with minimal oversight and can navigate ambiguity with ease
