About the role

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Execute technical programs requiring deep systems and engineering knowledge
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Managers to scope and drive programs to completion
• Develop and iterate on program management frameworks and KPIs to achieve project goals
• Enhance team communication and operations to boost productivity and efficiency
• Create high-quality proposals, communications, and documentation
• Leverage data to inform strategic decisions at an engineering leadership level
• Create and circulate plans to foster consistency, clarity, and alignment across teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management
• Strong analytical skills for digesting complex information and making recommendations
• Proven track record in program management from software development kick-off to launch
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for building relationships across teams
• Ability to drive process improvements and share best practices across multiple functions
• Experience leading large-scale efforts with cross-disciplinary stakeholders across time zones

Pay

$120,000 – $160,000 annually
