About the role
The Capacity Delivery Team at Fluidstack is responsible for building and running the QA program across capacity delivery. This includes defining quality gates per phase, from factory to energization, running nonconformance processes, and reporting quality health across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Define quality gates per phase, fabrication, installation, commissioning handover, and make them enforceable, not aspirational.
- Run the nonconformance process: tracked, dispositioned, trended, and fed back to the source.
- Report quality health across the portfolio in numbers leadership acts on.
Requirements
- Built or run QA programs for construction or manufacturing at scale.
- Made quality gates stick against schedule pressure.
- Ran nonconformance processes that closed and trended, not accumulated.
- Your quality metrics changed behavior somewhere, and you can say where.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in construction or manufacturing environments.
- Experience with ISO 9001 systems, data center or modular construction QA, and supplier quality interface.
- Audit certification is a plus but not required.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with quality management tools and systems.
