Technical Personnel / Subject Matter Expert with MBI Clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in supporting TRIRIGA IWMS, including application configuration, integration, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system defects (break/fix) and provide solutions for performance tuning.
• Ensure that the TRIRIGA environment is stable, functional, and secure by performing ongoing maintenance and software updates.
• Support system enhancements, custom development, and integration with other IRS systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other technical team members.

Key Skills/Qualifications

• Strong technical experience with IWMS (especially TRIRIGA) and similar systems.
• In-depth knowledge of system configuration, integration, and application maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within a cloud environment.
• Experience working with federal agencies and compliance requirements.
