Technical Operator

About the role

Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. We are looking for a skilled Technical Operator to join our production team in Hudson, WI. This role will set up and maintain equipment, oversee production line operations, and ensure operators are trained and following established processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare automated and manual assembly machines at the start of work orders to ensure lines are ready for production.
• Maintain machines during production or escalate issues to engineers to minimize downtime.
• Train operators to improve performance, productivity, and quality standards.
• Monitor and record hourly output to ensure production goals are consistently met.
• Keep production lines stocked with necessary components to prevent delays.
• Maintain accurate records in the manufacturing system for process traceability and performance tracking.
• Enforce cleanliness, restocking, and break-time protocols to support safety, efficiency, and team accountability.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience training and coaching team members.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP.
• Technical experience with automated and manual machine setup and troubleshooting.
