Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated machines to meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Respond to machine alerts and reset basic faults to keep lines running
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes with support
- Make basic adjustments, repairs, and complete changeovers
- Support preventative maintenance and routine equipment checks
- Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
- Identify and escalate downtime or quality issues quickly
- Perform quality checks accurately and consistently
- Learn machine startup sequences and how equipment works together
- Recognize downtime causes, bottlenecks, and scrap issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mechanical interest or hands-on experience (cars, tools, building, fixing things, etc.)
- Working with tools and learning new equipment
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Technical or shop class experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
