Technical Inside Sales Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Inside Sales Project Manager to join and strengthen our North American Engineering and Sales organization, located in Northern NJ.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with OEMs, distribution network, and outside sales representatives, as well as inside Engineering and Sales staff, to provide pre- and post-sales technical information.
• Manage assigned sales personnel to achieve sales goals and volume.
• Contribute to the development of annual sales strategy and action plans.
• Ability to conduct product, customer and market research.
• Prepare and give technical presentations.
• Analyze customers’ needs and propose technical solutions.
• Must be willing to travel (light) within North America.
• Support our Field Sales force.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Degree, Business or Project Management, and Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management.
• Experience in power electronics and power systems.
• Hands-on individual, capable of offering proposals, commercial and technical assistance to Engineers and Representatives.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to simplify complex issues, and relate technical explanations back to the commercial value of the product.
• Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal, supervisory, and presentation skills. Must have stellar communication skills on multiple platforms, including verbal, written, face-to-face, and via telephone.
• Experience managing direct sales and manufacturer’s reps.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with changing deadlines.
• The ability to meet tight deadlines and follow projects through to completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project tracking software and management tools.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not a must.

We have been working for over 75 years in Ultra-Rapid® semiconductor fuses, classes aR, gR, gRL(gS), with a wide range of DC rated fuses (24VDC -5200VDC) for all types of applications. Fuses range from 400VDC to 1600VDC-ESS, which have the highest breaking capacity and lowest L/R in the industry.

Our warehouse is stocked with millions of dollars in inventory, in order to support our customers with time sensitive requirements, including same day shipments across the USA.
