About the role
Regular travel between company locations and customer sites is required. This is an opportunity to join a growing organization where you can have a direct impact on strategy, product direction, customer relationships, and business growth while working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers and knowledge of their business.
- Lead key customer engagements from opportunity identification through quotation and order.
- Work closely with LEDdynamics engineering and manufacturing teams to develop competitive solutions.
- Improve quotation responsiveness, win rates, and customer experience.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product development and strategy.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Help strengthen sales processes, CRM discipline, and commercial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, applications engineering, product management, or a related commercial role.
- Experience selling technical products into OEM, industrial, electronics, lighting, or related markets.
- Strong understanding of LED technology, electronics, power systems, controls, or electromechanical products is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships and grow revenue.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively across engineering, operations, and commercial functions.
