We're seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager in Denver CO, Herndon or Arlington VA, or Seattle WA, to oversee data center infrastructure expansion projects in support of U.S. Government customers. The Technical Infrastructure Program Manager will lead cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Along the way, they will use judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead a matrixed team through influence in the execution of data center capacity projects
- Maintain mindfulness of cost, schedule, and quality during all aspects of builds
- Look around corners to identify risks early and take quick action
- Effectively balance ownership and hold partner teams to high standards of responsibility
- Leverage technical and project-focused backgrounds to deep dive issues and develop mitigations to minimize impact
- Ensure data center capacity is delivered ahead of customer demand
- Review demand forecasts for assigned region to ensure future builds are triggered on time
- Ensure design reviews are effectively conducted
- Deep dive material delivery issues that threaten project schedules
- Resolve technical challenges uncovered through execution
- Work both in corporate offices and on job sites depending on project state
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)
- Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in engineering, management, or technology, or 3+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience
- Experience in managing data center infrastructure deployments
- Candidates possessing a Bachelor's degree in architecture/design, mechanical/electrical engineering, software/network engineering, data center infrastructure/operations, and/or construction management, who have transitioned to a program management discipline
- Fully competent in a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle
- Exhibited demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking
- Experience with MS Office, MS Project and MS SharePoint
- Experience with Tableau, KanBan, Playbook, SQL and systems integration a plus

Pay
Base salary range: $127,100.00 - $171,900.00 USD annually (final compensation determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location).
