Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, Dedicated Infrastructure Planning and Delivery (Government Regions)
About the role
The Technical Infrastructure Program Manager leads a matrixed team through influence in the execution of data center capacity projects. They are mindful of cost, schedule, and quality during all aspects of their builds. They look around corners to identify risks early and are quick to take action. They effectively balance ownership and holding partner teams to high standards of responsibility. They stand ready to leverage their technical and project-focused backgrounds to deep dive issues and develop mitigations to minimize impact. They strive to ensure data center capacity is delivered ahead of customer demand.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Use judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery.
- Ensure data center capacity is delivered ahead of customer demand.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software).
- Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture/design, mechanical/electrical engineering, software/network engineering, data center infrastructure/operations, or construction management, or 3+ years of directly managing and responsible for multiple large projects experience.
Skills
- Exceptionally strong communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Experience in tactical project management of highly technical initiatives.
- Calibrated judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence without authority, analytical talent, and leadership.
- Experience in managing data center infrastructure deployments is a plus.

Pay
Base salary range for this position is listed below. USA, CO, Denver - $127,100.00 - $171,900.00 USD annually
USA, VA, Arlington - $127,100.00 - $171,900.00 USD annually
USA, VA, Herndon - $127,100.00 - $171,900.00 USD annually
USA, WA, Seattle - $127,100.00 - $171,900.00 USD annually
Schedule
Work both in corporate offices and on the job site depending on the state of their projects.
