About the role

The Technical Infrastructure Program Manager oversees data center infrastructure expansion projects in support of U.S. Government customers. They lead cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Use judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery.
  • Review demand forecasts for assigned regions to ensure future builds are triggered on time.
  • Ensure effective design reviews are conducted.
  • Deep dive into material delivery issues that threaten project schedules or resolve technical challenges uncovered through execution.

Requirements

  • Experience with MS Office, MS Project and MS SharePoint.
  • Experience with Tableau, KanBan, Playbook, SQL and systems integration is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture/design, mechanical/electrical engineering, software/network engineering, data center infrastructure/operations, or construction management.
  • Master's degree or above in engineering, management, or technology.
  • 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
  • Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software).
  • Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.

Skills

  • Exceptionally strong communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Calibrated judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence without authority, analytical talent, and leadership.

Pay

Base salary range for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

  • USA, CO, Denver - $127,100.00 - $171,900.00 USD annually
  • USA, VA, Arlington - $127,100.00 - $171,900.00 USD annually
  • USA, VA, Herndon - $127,100.00 - $171,900.00 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Seattle - $127,100.00 - $171,900.00 USD annually

Schedule

Full-time position.
