Responsibilities
- Work with APIs, tools like Postman and Zapier, and manage advanced technical settings in the TRIFFT administration interface.
- Assist clients and their partners (POS systems, ERP, martech tools) with technical issues, providing deep technical insights and support.
- Collaborate during the advanced sales stage to design integration blueprints and support implementation.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical troubleshooting during and after the implementation phase.
