Technical Designer – Interiors – Junior

Your Role

You will design and produce technical documentation, as well as communicate project progress to team members and clients to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, preferably with experience designing corporate interiors projects
• 3-5 years of professional experience with focus on Architecture or Interior Design
• Licensed Architect OR NCIDQ preferred
• LEED accreditation encouraged
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques
• Experience in construction document preparation and field observation
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Highly Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other 3D modeling software

Pay

The base salary range will be estimated between $75,000 - $90,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
