Designer - Interiors - Junior
About the role
We’re seeking a Junior Designer - Interiors to join our project team for the design of a confidential integrated resort—a landmark destination envisioned to redefine the relationship between architecture, landscape, and experience.
Responsibilities
- Support Design Directors and Project Architects with the design and delivery of projects
- Work with design teams to prepare client presentations
- Affiliate with 3D modeling and other responsibilities as needed
- Perform interior design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation
- Affiliate with generating finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction
- Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts
Qualifications
- 0 - 4 years of related interior design project experience
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D, Rhino, Octane, Grasshopper, and/or other modeling software programs
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications
- Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign
- Must be a team player
- Able to multi-task in a high paced environment
- Able to step in to assist where needed
- Able to take initiative and be proactive vs. reactive

Pay
The base salary will be estimated between $62,000 - $72,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
