Technical Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Acts as a technical expert in operations and maintenance
• Supports maintenance and commissioning/decommissioning projects
• Serves as a project lead, collaborating with maintenance and operations teams
• Reviews and documents maintenance procedures to identify potential and existing issues
• Determines root causes of problems and implements solutions
• Collaborates with planners, operations, and others to plan critical maintenance activities
• Mentors team members on best practices and tools
• Develops and utilizes standard maintenance templates to enhance equipment reliability
• Champions safety and environmental processes
• Performs other duties as requested

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Seven (7) years' experience in mining industry or manufacturing environment, including project management experience
• Preferred qualifications include familiarity with engineering codes and standards, bilingualism (English/Spanish), MS Project/Gantt chart experience, MS Office, SAP (S/4 HANA), contract management experience, industrial work environment experience, and project management experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Seven (7) years' experience in mining industry or manufacturing environment, including project management experience

Skills

• Familiarity with Engineering Codes & Standards
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• MS Project (Gantt chart experience)
• MS Office

Benefits

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $75,000 - $104,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
