Technical Collections Analyst

Skills

• Technical competency in one of the following: SIGNT collection/analysis/protocol, Cyber Security, Network Engineering/Security, Information Technology
• Broad knowledge of hardware maintenance and care, system administration, knowledge of automation technologies, and scripting
• Protocol analysis, signals analysis, network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and network security and analysis
• Prior experience of collection management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills

Requirements

• Technical support for a mission operations team
• Perform system administration skills and support signals collaboration, collection, and management
• Either signals protocols or system administrator experience, but willingness to learn the complementing skill
• Support systems and the systems’ user base and signals collection
• Customer specific training is required and provided, as well as on the job training

Qualifications

• CLEARANCE LEVEL-Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph Required
• Demonstrated experience providing system maintenance and health monitoring
• Background in SIGINT collection
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a small team
