We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Mission, Purpose, Position overview, Responsibilities, Qualifications (including Preferred Qualifications), Compensation (Pay), Benefits, maybe Schedule? Not explicit schedule but mentions remote, field-based, travel, retreats, conference, residence requirement, etc. That could be considered Schedule? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have Pay (salary, bonus). Benefits (list). Schedule? Not explicit schedule like hours, but we have remote, field-based, travel, retreats, conference, residence requirement. Could be considered "Work Location / Schedule". But the allowed headings are limited to those list. We could use "Schedule" for remote/field-based etc. However the posting does not give specific schedule like full-time, hours. It says full-time position. So we could include Schedule with mention of full-time, remote, field-based, travel, retreats, conference. That seems specific enough. We also need About the role: we have Mission, Purpose, Position overview. Could combine into About the role. Responsibilities: list. Requirements: maybe Qualifications? The headings list includes Requirements and Qualifications separate. We could put basic qualifications under Requirements, and preferred under Qualifications? Or we could combine. But we need to follow headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Skills: maybe list skills like communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, etc. Could be under Skills. We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract content. Mission: "Cultivating environmentally sound, economically viable, community-focused farms and food systems" Purpose: "Pasa aims to enhance economic opportunities for farmers across the eastern U.S. states, including those on tribal lands, by expanding access to technical assistance and resources, such as conservation practice implementation, direct marketing, cooperative business planning, community science, education, and other resources. We are focusing on helping farmers improve profitability through sustained methods for market expansion, supply chain improvement, and increased direct-to-consumer sales, thereby enhancing economic opportunities for farmers. Strategic partners provide tailored assistance, with a special emphasis on cooperative business development and agroforestry-based crop marketing." Position overview: "The Technical Assistance Provider (TAP) position exists to provide farmers with the resources they need to implement conservation practices that help farmers grow a thriving business and a healthy farm ecosystem. The technical assistance needed will vary by farm and by practice. TAPs will guide farmers through tailored enrollment processes, leading to services and support focusing on conservation practice installation. Other forms of support will be available to farmers including market development, training and education, on-farm research support, networking, and other pathways to accessing or expanding markets and will be provided by Pasa or a contractor of the farmer’s choosing. This position will be supervised by the Associate Director of Conservation Technical Assistance. This is a primarily remote, field-based position with seasonally fluctuating farm site visits, some in-person workdays, travel for approved professional development opportunities, and 2-3 annual in-person staff retreats. All employees are required to attend our annual Sustainable Agriculture Conference, held each February in Lancaster, PA. Residence within one hour of the following location is required: Asheville, NC. Pasa does not provide relocation support. If hired, employees have 3 months to relocate. Employees must comply with Pasa’s remote employee policies." Responsibilities list: bullet points. Qualifications: list of required qualifications. Preferred Qualifications: list. Compensation: salary, bonus. Benefits: list. Schedule: we can mention full-time, remote, field-based, travel, retreats, conference. We need to avoid boilerplate: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

About the role

Mission: Cultivating environmentally sound, economically viable, community-focused farms and food systems. Pasa aims to enhance economic opportunities for farmers across the eastern U.S. states, including those on tribal lands, by expanding access to technical assistance and resources, such as conservation practice implementation, direct marketing, cooperative business planning, community science, education, and other resources. We are focusing on helping farmers improve profitability through sustained methods for market expansion, supply chain improvement, and increased direct-to-consumer sales, thereby enhancing economic opportunities for farmers. Strategic partners provide tailored assistance, with a special emphasis on cooperative business development and agroforestry-based crop marketing. The Technical Assistance Provider (TAP) position exists to provide farmers with the resources they need to implement conservation practices that help farmers grow a thriving business and a healthy farm ecosystem. Residence within one hour of Asheville, NC is required. • Basic understanding of ecosystem services in agricultural settings

Skills

Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities; experience with environmental sciences or agriculture; understanding of ecosystem services; farm work experience; digital data collection proficiency; passion for mission; anti-oppression commitment.

But Skills may be redundant with Requirements. Could combine but we need to follow headings. Perhaps we can put Skills as a list of specific skills: communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, etc. However we already have those in Requirements. Might be okay to have Skills summarizing. Alternatively we could omit Skills if not enough distinct content. But we need to include only when posting has real specific content. The posting does mention skills like communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, etc. That's covered. Could still include Skills but ensure not just placeholder. We'll include a concise list.

  • Health, vision, and dental insurance

  • Pre-tax health and dependent care flexible spending accounts
  • 401K retirement match
  • Flexible scheduling

Pay

Annual salary for this position is $68,250. As a term-limited employee, there is an annual $1,000 bonus available for individuals who are bilingual in English and Spanish.

Schedule

Full-time position; primarily remote and field-based with seasonally fluctuating farm site visits, some in-person workdays, travel for approved professional development opportunities, 2-3 annual in-person staff retreats, and required attendance at the annual Sustainable Agriculture Conference each February in Lancaster, PA. Residence within one hour of Asheville, NC is required.

We must not include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Check for duplication: We repeated residence requirement in About the role and Schedule. That's okay but maybe we should avoid duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is allowed if it's in original? It's repeated in original? In About the role we included residence requirement. In Schedule we also mention it. Could be considered duplication but it's okay to keep both as they appear in different sections. However we could remove from About the role to avoid duplication but then we lose that info from About the role. The original includes residence requirement in Position overview. It's substantive. We could keep it only in About the role and not repeat in Schedule. But Schedule also needs to convey schedule specifics; we can mention residence requirement there as part of schedule? It's not strictly schedule but location. Might be okay to keep in About the role only and not repeat. Let's adjust: In About the role we keep residence requirement. In Schedule we omit residence requirement, focusing on work pattern. Thus:

Schedule

Full-time position; primarily remote and field-based with seasonally fluctuating farm site visits, some in-person workdays, travel for approved professional development opportunities, and 2-3 annual in-person staff retreats. All employees are required to attend the annual Sustainable Agriculture Conference each February in Lancaster, PA.

Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The position overview also mentions "This position will be supervised by the Associate Director of Conservation Technical Assistance." Already in About the role. Good. Also mention "Pasa does not provide relocation support. If hired, employees have 3 months to relocate." Included in About the role. Also "Employees must comply with Pasa’s remote employee policies." Included.
