Location: Everett, WA (Naval Station Everett / PSNS-IMF)

Security Clearance: TS (or ability to obtain)

About the role

This role is a vital piece of our mission, ensuring shipboard communication and network systems remain fully operational to support fleet readiness. Key focus areas include C4ISR, shipboard networks, IT support, and on-site technical assistance calls.

Responsibilities

• Act as the hands-on technician resolving critical network and communication system issues for surface ships.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and connectivity problems on Navy networks.
• Partner with planning, engineering, and shipboard personnel to deploy technically sound solutions.

Requirements

• Strong background in DOD network environments or C4ISR systems.
• Current DoD 8570.01-M / IAT Level II certifications (such as Security+ or Network+).
• Ability to thrive on rapid-response engineering teams.
