Hours: Fully remote position, though one day a month onsite for team events (2-3 times/year if traveling more than 2 hours)
This position is posted at all three levels: Associate, Mid, and Senior. Currently at the tail end of a 6-year project building out CloudSuite, we are seeking a candidate to support both production DevOps and implementation. The role involves assisting with the build-out regarding the acquisition of another health system and merging operational systems. The resource will participate in the build, support, and post-implementation enhancements/operations.
About the Role
We are seeking a candidate experienced in both Configuration Console and IPA, who understands the differences and benefits of implementing a solution using IPA vs Set Action.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a semi-agile development workflow using Scrum/Kanban methodology and Jira.
- Develop inbound/outbound time and attendance interfaces in WFM using XML, Groovy, etc.
- Build out and support WFM functionality (pay rules, accrual rules, schedules, etc.) as we migrate from Kronos (UKG) WFC (Workforce Central).
- Develop in LPL (Infor's proprietary scripting language).
- Develop business processes via CloudSuite actions, forms, fields, relations, and workflows.
- Develop reports via CloudSuite lists (added plus: Columnar reporting).
- Develop data feeds/interfaces via CloudSuite File Creation Utility, Data Replication, IPA, and related tools (added plus: ION, Data Lake/Data Fabric).
- Develop workflows via Infor Process Designer/Infor Process Automation (IPA).
- Develop reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) as part of conversion from Crystal Reports to SSRS.
- Perform day-to-day review/troubleshooting/Q&A related to the system initiated by business leads.
- Continue build-out of central documentation knowledge base wiki using Confluence.
- Get involved in and support other applications as availability and/or interest allows: security camera system, badge-based entry/exit system, visitor management system, learning management, and others as Corp Apps continues to expand.
- Support existing T-SQL/SSIS stored procedures/packages on Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with and interest in using AI tools, either personally or professionally, including Infor’s GenAI tools.
Associate Technical Analyst
- Assist with the creation and delivery of technical and programming solutions to previously identified needs and business problems under the direction of a senior analyst.
- Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols.
- Work with key clients to understand project requirements and communicate implementation methodology.
- Consult with senior team members to ensure system functionality meets clinical and business requirements.
- Follow established documentation and project status procedures.
- Assist in monitoring projects and maintain open communication with the manager.
- Develop new interfaces according to specification.
- Follow established documentation and change control procedures related to user requests, system design and development, modifications, testing, and ongoing production support.
- Provide on-call and production support as necessary.
Technical Analyst
- Create and deliver technical resolutions to create workflow, process design, and programming solutions to business problems.
- Responsible for daily monitoring, maintaining a high degree of performance, coordinating system behaviors, using existing and creating new tools for managing multiple environments.
- Maintain, create, and monitor databases.
- Utilize industry standard processes to generate specifications for implementation and for specification review process.
- Identify problem definitions and make recommendations regarding refinements and decisions throughout the product life cycle.
- Attend planning and status meetings with key client personnel to understand project requirements and communicate implementation methodology.
- Ensure information system functionality meets all clinical and business requirements.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and be available off hours for production support.
- Ensure system integrity of the application.
- Assist in the education and training of new hires and other team members.
Senior Technical Analyst
- Create and deliver technical resolutions to create workflow, process design, and programming solutions to business problems, providing technical expertise to ensure design and implementation meet business requirements.
- Utilize strong analytical, programming, and communication skills to balance technical and business objectives to improve quality outcomes.
- Responsible for daily monitoring, maintaining a high degree of performance, coordinating system behaviors, using existing and creating new tools for managing multiple environments.
- Maintain, create, and monitor databases.
- Create and implement project plans and routinely communicate the status of work.
- Ensure system integrity of the application.
- Assist in the education and training of new hires and other team members.
- Identify problem definitions and make recommendations regarding refinements and decisions throughout the product life cycle.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and be available off hours for production support.

Requirements
Associate Technical Analyst
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 1+ years of experience in an Information Technology setting is required.
- Healthcare IT experience is preferred.
Technical Analyst
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 2+ years of Information Technology experience is required.
- Healthcare IT experience.
Senior Technical Analyst
- High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years of Information Technology experience, and 5+ years of Healthcare IT experience, OR
- BS degree and 3+ years of Information Technology experience, and 0-1 year of Healthcare IT experience.
