Responsibilities

• Guide System Support Representatives across different locations, ensuring they have the direction and support needed to meet mission objectives.
• Oversee deployments and modernization efforts, troubleshooting complex issues to keep systems running and teams aligned.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and government partners, ensuring compliance and performance are maintained.
• Drive consistency and continuous improvement across the entire operation.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• CompTIA Security+ within 6 months of hire
• Degree in IT/Computer Science or 4 years of equivalent experience
• Experience in DoD or mission-critical IT environments
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Air Force mission planning systems
• Experience managing distributed teams
• Knowledge of DoD infrastructure and cybersecurity requirements

Pay

$70,000–$95,000 annually
