Technical Advisor

About the role

Lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. Work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical point of contact for clients
• Document and validate customer requirements and map them to the company functionality
• Create system blueprints and data flow diagrams for projects
• Conduct consulting sessions for technical readiness of solutions
• Provide progress updates in client and internal project meetings
• Ensure infrastructure meets technical specifications and best practices
• Execute and modify SQL and Powershell scripts to meet client needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in healthcare IT, especially in a technical role with enterprise solutions
• Experience in SaaS and cloud computing environments
• Industry certification in networking, SQL, or similar fields
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
