Technical Account Specialist
About the role
The Account Specialist will serve as the customer contact for accounts, facilitating all inside sales functions. Primarily providing technical support and quotations and for spare parts and general customer support.
Responsibilities
- Receive customer inquiries for spare parts and through direct communication from mills or through other internal teams.
- Identify specific parts utilizing Valmet documentation systems.
- Provide technical applications and customer quotations for spare parts.
- Provide technical support for spare part coordinators, customers, and other sales personnel.
Requirements
- Average of 3 to 5 years customer service experience or experience in a technical capacity, preferably in the pulp and paper industry.
- Associate's Degree from a two year college in business or engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
