About the role
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) and Post-Sales Account Manager (SME) are key roles within the company, focusing on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with Small and Medium Enterprise customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Renew and upsell client base quarterly
- Deploy new and upsold services
- Perform regular technical checkups with existing customers
- Assist with customer inquiries using internal resources like Support, Pre-Sales, or Management
- Gather customer feedback, details, and use cases for product and company direction
- Work closely with Pre-Sales to help close customers from a technical perspective
Qualifications
- Security and systems/networking background
- Experience in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry with expertise in Network Security, IT-Auditing, and Policy Compliance
- Knowledge of Federal Regulatory Compliance issues such as HIPAA, GLBA, Sarbanes Oxley SOX, FISMA, SCAP
- Understanding of Auditing Frameworks such as CIS, NIST, CobiT, ISO27001, ITIL, NERC-CIP
- Excellent work ethic and communication skills
- Ability to work over the phone and occasionally travel
