What You’ll Do
- Run full sales cycle: prospecting to closing, including opportunities generated by marketing or inbound
- Cultivate customer relationships: work with customer point of contact(s) to meet and exceed delivery needs
- Define sales processes: contribute to managing sales processes such as CRM management, customer renewals, and prospecting strategy
- Sold into technical audiences: navigate conversations with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, VPs of Product, etc., on technical requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience as an account executive
- 5+ years in sales
- Experience selling a SaaS product with $10K+ ACVs
- Strong technical understanding, including knowledge of APIs and SDKs
- (Bonus) Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
