What You’ll Do

  • Run full sales cycle: prospecting to closing, including opportunities generated by marketing or inbound
  • Cultivate customer relationships: work with customer point of contact(s) to meet and exceed delivery needs
  • Define sales processes: contribute to managing sales processes such as CRM management, customer renewals, and prospecting strategy
  • Sold into technical audiences: navigate conversations with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, VPs of Product, etc., on technical requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as an account executive
  • 5+ years in sales
  • Experience selling a SaaS product with $10K+ ACVs
  • Strong technical understanding, including knowledge of APIs and SDKs
  • (Bonus) Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
