Technical Account Associate (HRS)
About the role
As a Technical Account Associate, you will support Technical Account Managers in managing portfolios of post-implementation Huron Research Suite clients, serving as the secondary technical client relationship contact. You will build strong rapport with stakeholders in your portfolio and remotely assist Account Managers in advancing the client’s program.
Responsibilities
- Support clients with a focus on achieving service level agreements
- Supplement Technical Account Managers’ key client portfolios
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Oversee and direct day-to-day support services for a select portfolio of clients, including:
- Consistent point of contact for client concerns and issue management
- Drive management of critical production issues through to resolution
- Meet with clients as needed to verify current priorities and future initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure they are aware of client priorities
- Establish communication standards with clients, including setting expectations around client and Huron team responsibilities
- Monitor deliverables and communicate with multiple internal teams to ensure commitments are met; escalate as appropriate
- Assist in ensuring process consistency and accuracy across shared management tools
- Manage Account Team documentation and communication repository
- Maintain awareness of high-level, long-term individualized client HRS roadmaps, including migrations and upgrades
- Coordinate client transition meetings, including audiences with clients and internal implementation teams
- Gather information to support quarterly state-of-client reports for senior leaders
- Raise common themes (product, service, industry, etc.) to appropriate stakeholders

Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in project management or client relationship management
- Research administration experience preferred, not required
- Highly organized with the ability to guide multiple stakeholders and priorities through collaboration
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences
- Experience with CRM systems
Pay
The estimated base salary range is $85,000 – $110,000. The actual salary will vary based on factors such as specific skills, certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This role is eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects a pay-for-performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation, the total estimated compensation range is $97,750 – $126,500.
