About the role

The Tech Trainer supports Keller Williams Realty Centre’s real estate agents through onboarding, technology training, and ongoing systems support. Key responsibilities include helping agents confidently use tools, stay organized in systems, and operate at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Support new and experienced agents with technology training and onboarding
• Ensure agents are using tools effectively and staying organized in systems
• Provide ongoing systems support to help agents operate at a high level
• Combine technical know-how with people skills to build a supportive and successful agent experience
