Tech-Maintenance

Job Responsibilities

• Aid with janitorial tasks such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Maintain cleanliness and repair of public areas including restrooms, classrooms, hallways, and entrances.
• Support the Maintenance Lead with small repair and maintenance projects.
• Perform grass cutting and groundskeeping as needed.

Job Requirements

• Experience with custodial duties preferred, but training provided.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing or walking for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility to handle emergencies or off-hour requests.

Experiences and Skills

• Experience with 0-Turn lawn mowers is a plus.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards or needed repairs.

Pay and Schedule

The pay for this position is commensurate with experience.
