About the role

We are seeking a Tech Business Analyst II to join our dynamic Salesforce team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our systems align with business strategies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and presents complex technical concepts simply and effectively to nontechnical team members
• Identifies opportunities that impact business strategy and system performance
• Gathers, documents, and analyzes business requirements
• Works with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in process and recommend solutions
• Conducts systems analysis with a focus on technical process models and use cases
• Provides testing support and analysis for resolution
• Affords assessments of long-term needs, performs gap analysis, and makes future state recommendations
• Serves as a project team member for projects of simple to moderate scope and complexity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant business systems analyst or related experience
• Practical experience using MS Access, SQL, SOQL/Salesforce, or working knowledge of relational databases
• Ability to apply statistical and other research methods into systems issues as required; review complex data and derive summary conclusions

Pay

The salary range for this job is $75,000 - $100,000. This range is specific to the job and salary offers consider a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and peer compensation. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting.

Schedule

Depending on your location within the continental US, this role may be hybrid or remote. If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be hybrid. If you live more than 50 miles from these locations, this role will be remote. Details of the schedule will be discussed with your leadership.
