Business Systems Analyst II (Salesforce Admin)
Location: Hybrid – 1-2 days/week onsite in our Minneapolis or Roseville office.
About the role
Join our Salesforce team as an experienced Salesforce Administrator reporting to the lead Salesforce admin. The Salesforce team builds program tracking systems on the Salesforce platform. This role performs project manager, administrator, and analyst functions in a Sales Cloud environment for a mid-sized nonprofit.

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead Salesforce projects from initiation to closure
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate team members, testing users, and third-party partners/vendors
- Build apps that expand CEE’s use of Salesforce for program implementation
- Train users, mentor junior admins, and document best practices
- Recognize opportunities for automation and innovation and work with stakeholders to build them in Salesforce
- Manage permissions and sharing and apply best practices for data security
- Perform other duties as assigned or apparent
Requirements
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Skilled in stakeholder communication in a hybrid workplace
- Experience engaging end users to understand their workflows and translate them into Salesforce design and implementation strategies
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and taking ownership of solutions
- Salesforce project organization using Atlassian tools
- 4+ years experience as a Salesforce Sales Cloud administrator or business analyst
Preferred Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for Salesforce integrations and external client apps
- Experience with project management software
- Up to date on security enhancements and architecture best practices
- Salesforce certifications

Pay
$85,000 - $90,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience.
