Salesforce IT Business Analyst II

PURPOSE

The IT Business Analyst is responsible for participating in the planning, development, maintenance, and enhancement of the functional areas of application packages. They are assigned to teams within an assigned business unit and independently utilize various client/server platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain, refine, and move stories in Jira along the journey with our delivery team to achieve the definition of done for all work items prioritized within a product team sprint cycle.
• Create and maintain our knowledge management documents and protocols for self-service and Tier I/II support teams.
• Participate in Product Team Agile ceremonies.
• Assist in the formulation of and definition of application scope and objectives and devise/modify procedures to solve complex business problems.
• Absorb and analyze business requirements for system changes, enhancements, and defect resolution.
• Absorb and define business reports.
• Develop business relationships with other departments to ensure successful implementation and support efforts.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute appropriate unit (functional), integration and volume tests to ensure successful implementation and support efforts for production releases.

Qualification and Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, or Business Administration with an emphasis in a specific technology area, or equivalent work experience and technical training.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile product teams leveraging Jira.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Salesforce solutions.
• Preferred Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification.
• Preferred experience with current Salesforce solutions, including customer LWC and LWR development on Sales Experience Cloud.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in expressing low to medium level technical concepts in business terms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
• Minimal project management skills.

PAY RANGE

$90,039.00 - $139,561.00

Culture and Benefits

• Profit Sharing: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
