Position Summary
Provide business process and subject matter expertise in the delivery of sales & marketing-focused systems and services across Huber Engineered Woods (HEW), with a focus on the Salesforce platform. Ensure information service delivery is aligned with general business and Sales & Marketing requirements in the delivery, support and continuous improvement of systems and processes. Provide direction, management, support, and administration of projects targeting fast business-based process and technology solutions and improvements. Obtain a broad knowledge and understanding of business processes and applications spanning sales & marketing, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, human resources, and reporting & analytics systems. Work closely with HEW Leadership and personnel to create a culture focused on building value and pursuing quality.Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment of IT and business strategies while managing people, process, and technology toward effective business-driven solutions.
- Build effective working relationships with HEW’s functional business and manufacturing personnel.
- Serve as primary Salesforce.com administrator with a strong understanding of best practices.
- Support and monitor systems, processes, and applications to assure system integrity and reliability.
- Manage the effective use of technology for business process improvement and the elimination of non-value-adding activities.
- Coordinate and drive testing for applications, systems, and process upgrades to maintain pace with business requirements, technology upgrades, and economic change.
- Facilitate methodology for prioritizing projects and initiatives.
- Provide planning, consultation, and advisory services for business functions, focused on Sales & Marketing.
- Take a leadership role in building relationships and working closely with business and work process owners.
- Responsible for coordinating the implementation of Sales & Marketing applications, processes, & systems.
- Provide effective communications and education for our customers and service providers.
- Lead in the establishment and enforcement of application, systems, and process standards.
- Maintain awareness of current methods & technologies and recommend improvements and modifications when appropriate.
- Prepare project reports that document the scope, benefits, resource requirements, and cost analysis when/where appropriate.
- Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans evolve and are kept up to date.
Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce.com platform.
- BS in Information Services or related business degree and appropriate experience.
- Experience developing, implementing, and supporting sales & marketing business processes and systems.
- Project management experience is a must. (PMI and/or 6-Sigma certifications is a plus).
- Strong technical background is a plus.
Requirements & Preferred Competencies
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
- Prior experience with Oracle EBS or SAP ERP application implementation and/or support is a plus.

- Managing expectations of 'clients', peers, staff, and others as required.
- Managing indirect and project-based resources, including consulting and contracting personnel.
- Working toward deadlines on multiple, concurrent projects with competing resources.
