About the role

This long-term contract position is based in Boston with a hybrid work schedule (locals required).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business process analysis and documentation
  • Work with Agile or hybrid project environments
  • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to communicate effectively
  • Support accessibility compliance and public-facing applications
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance sensitivity in all processes
  • Create clear documentation and maintain effective communication

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in government or public sector IT
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (configuration, reporting, workflows)
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and documentation
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with government systems, public sector data, or transportation-related services
  • Familiarity with tools such as APIs, middleware, and data governance practices
  • Experience with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst)
