About the role
This long-term contract position is based in Boston with a hybrid work schedule (locals required).
Responsibilities
- Conduct business process analysis and documentation
- Work with Agile or hybrid project environments
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to communicate effectively
- Support accessibility compliance and public-facing applications
- Ensure regulatory and compliance sensitivity in all processes
- Create clear documentation and maintain effective communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in government or public sector IT
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (configuration, reporting, workflows)
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and documentation
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
- Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with government systems, public sector data, or transportation-related services
- Familiarity with tools such as APIs, middleware, and data governance practices
- Experience with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst)
