Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, forward-looking Technical Business Analyst to serve as a critical bridge between business needs and enterprise productivity and automation solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities across productivity and automation domains.
  • Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution definition, ensuring clear translation of business needs into actionable deliverables.
  • Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, testing, and validation, while ensuring alignment to enterprise governance, data, security, and architecture standards.
  • Drive solution adoption and value realization by monitoring outcomes, identifying optimization opportunities, and enabling scalable, reusable capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role
  • Ability to take ownership of work from intake through delivery, driving accountability and outcomes across stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
  • Prominent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 suite of tools and/or Power Platform solutions
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making
  • Foundational understanding of project delivery (timelines, dependencies, deliverables)
