About the role
As the largest landlord in the state of Bremen, we provide a home for many people in Bremen and Bremerhaven. This newly created position offers a great deal of creative freedom and is possible both full-time and part-time from 30 hours per week. Together with your established team, you have the opportunity to actively shape and develop the area.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the teams for commercial leasing, brokerage activities, land management, and property acquisition (6 employees) both professionally and disciplinarily. At the same time, remain operationally active in the areas of property acquisition and brokerage.
- Support the subsequent processing of purchases and sales of residential properties and land, and participate in the preparation of economic feasibility analyses. Also support land management and the administration of the undeveloped land portfolio.
- Use your expertise to participate in property valuations and work with external appraisers as needed.
- Create and maintain compelling property exposés, conduct viewings as well as sales and contract negotiations, and manage the leasing of commercial properties. Acquire new commercial tenants and actively develop existing lease relationships.
- Manage the value preservation of commercial lease agreements, monitor vacancies, and initiate appropriate measures. Through continuous market and price monitoring, identify trends and opportunities and use them for the sustainable and economic development of our property portfolio.
Qualifications
- Personality: A strong communicator and persuasive leadership personality who enjoys taking responsibility. You demonstrate assertiveness and leadership authority while maintaining a team-oriented approach. You work flexibly and independently and enjoy exploring new paths together with your team. Your negotiation skills and sales orientation help you identify and successfully implement opportunities.
- Experience & knowledge: Professional experience in the real estate industry, ideally with experience in property acquisition, marketing, commercial leasing, or land management. You are proficient in SAP and Microsoft 365 (M365) in your digital daily work.
- Education: Completed commercial or real estate vocational training with targeted further professional development. A qualification as a certified real estate specialist or a comparable degree is an advantage. A completed degree in business administration is also suitable if you combine your professional competence with an economic focus in the real estate industry.
