The GLS Germany is seeking a Team Leader / Foreman / Entry-Level Worker in Logistics (Night Shift) at its hub in 36286 Neuenstein, Ostheß. The position is full-time, uncontracted, and available immediately.
About the role
You will lead a team of employees in package sorting. You will ensure that your team handles packages efficiently and safely during sorting and loading/unloading of containers. You will coordinate with your colleagues to achieve optimal and even production load distribution. You will support in the planning of work shifts and vacations for employees in the hall.

Requirements
- Self-assured and friendly demeanor
- Independent working style
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience in KEP / Spedition is a plus
- High quality standards both from yourself and others
- Energetic worker who can achieve goals and have a good feel for their team members
- Open-minded entry-level workers are also welcome
