About the role

The Silver Team Leader position at CHMS is responsible for overseeing a team of educators to ensure high-quality instruction and student success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Silver Team
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Evaluate teacher performance and provide feedback
• Support students in achieving academic goals

Requirements

• Appropriate Connecticut certification
• Experience leading educational teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Grade 6/7 teaching experience preferred
• Experience working with diverse student populations
