About the role

The Purple Team Leader Grade 8 position at CHMS is responsible for leading a team of educators to support students in achieving academic success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers to provide professional development opportunities.
• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of school-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• CT certification in appropriate subject area.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience.
• Experience in educational leadership roles.
