About the role
The Blue Team Leader position is responsible for overseeing the cybersecurity initiatives within the CHMS.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with IT staff to ensure compliance with all security protocols.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff on cybersecurity best practices.
Requirements
- Appropriate Connecticut certification in cybersecurity.
- At least 7 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Strong understanding of network security, data protection, and incident response.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing cybersecurity projects.
